HELPFUL TIP:

Conflict is your story’s secret sauce, supplying tension, relationship friction, and complications to a character’s journey. It comes in a million different forms, so identify the obstacles and problems that will hit your character the hardest by using the Character Builder to uncover their primary insecurities, fears , and desires. Don’t forget to include everyday conflict scenarios that will frustrate them and keep the pressure high.

Increased pressure and ticking clocks, failures and mistakes, losing an advantage, loss of control

EXAMPLES:
The character getting into a fender bender because they were texting while driving
Driving under the influence and causing a major accident with another vehicle 
Accidentally hitting an animal or pedestrian because the character wasn't paying attention
Falling asleep at the wheel, running off the road, and hitting a tree or structure

MINOR COMPLICATIONS:
Being late due to having to wait for a police officer or tow truck
Having to deal with rambunctious children during the wait
A totaled car that leaves the character without transportation
Getting a ticket 
Conflict with the other driver
A new or young driver not knowing the protocol
Temporary health problems caused by the accident (a headache, sore muscles, bruises or scratches, etc.)
Damaging someone's property and being financially responsible for repairs
Having to call someone for a ride if the car is not drivable or has been impounded
