Can I change my plan?
Absolutely! Here's how the process works.
Upgrading Your Plan: If you change to a longer plan, any unused time on your current plan will be prorated and credited to your account. That credit will apply to the upgrade invoice, and you'll only be charged the remainder. Please note that upgrading to a new plan doesn't add time to your original one. Instead, your old plan is replaced by a new subscription (with a new end date), all without interrupting your access as a subscriber.
Downgrading Your Plan: If you change to a shorter plan, any unused time on your current plan will be prorated and credited to your account. That credit will apply to the downgrade invoice. If the credit doesn't cover the cost of the new plan, you'll only be charged the remainder. If your credit exceeds the cost of the plan you're subscribing to, the credit will apply, resulting in an invoice of $0. The rest of the credits will remain on your account and will apply to subsequent invoices. When the credit is used up, you'll resume regular payments with your card.
To change your plan, click the Account tab at the top of the page and choose the My Subscription option. Then click the appropriate Subscribe button and follow the instructions. You'll know you've been successful when the Subscribe button for the new plan turns red and changes to UNSUBSCRIBE. You can also verify the details of your invoice anytime on the My Account page (accessed via the Account tab) and view the new rollover date for your plan.
