Can I keep my plan from automatically renewing?
Subscription renewals are handled by Stripe, our eCommerce provider. Through their system, each active One Stop subscription is automatically renewed at the end of its plan period to ensure our users' access is never interrupted. To make users aware of this, we mention it in many different places at One Stop, such as in the Terms of Use agreement, on the Sign-Up page, and on the My Subscription page. Multiple emails are also sent to users in the weeks leading up to their renewal dates, informing them of the steps that should be taken if they don't want their subscriptions to renew. With these many reminders, it is our hope that users will have the information they need so they can take steps to avoid an unwanted auto-renewal before it happens.
To avoid an unwanted auto-renewal, users can unsubscribe via the My Subscription page before their renewal date rolls around. Just click the red Unsubscribe button associated with your current plan; this will set the plan to cancel at the end of the period and still allow you full access until your subscription ends.
Another option would be to wait until you start receiving email notifications that your current subscription is getting ready to expire. These emails will be sent to you multiple times as your plan's renewal date approaches. As long as your email address is up to date, you should receive ample notification that your current plan is nearing renewal, and you'll be able to unsubscribe closer to that time.
