How do I unsubscribe?
Click on the Account tab at the top right of the page and choose My Subscription from the drop-down menu. There, click the Unsubscribe button that is associated with your current plan. This will set your plan to cancel at the end of the subscription period. You'll still have full access to the site until the day your plan ends. At that point, you'll be listed as a registered user; should you decide to come back down the road (and barring any future policy changes) your account and any saved items will be waiting for you. In the meantime, you will still have access to One Stop as a registered (free) user, and your account, along with all your saved items, will remain here in case you decide to re-subscribe.
That being said, we're also committed to not holding onto your personal information once it becomes unnecessary to do so. For this reason, if you have no items saved to your workspace and there is no activity on your registered user account for a period of six years, the account will be deleted at that time. Should you wish to sign up after that point, you can start over with a new account.
If you decide to set your plan to cancel, and you have saved items in your workspace that you'd like access to, you may want to create PDFs of those before your plan ends. You can find instructions for doing that here.
